Terms of service

These terms apply when you use www.passnppe.ca and the PassNPPE study service. By creating an account or buying Pro, you agree to them. PassNPPE is operated from Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hi@passnppe.ca.

PassNPPE is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NPPE program, Meazure Learning, Engineers Canada, Geoscientists Canada or any provincial or territorial regulator. “NPPE” is used only to describe the exam our material helps you prepare for.

Our questions are original practice questions written to the official blueprint. They are not real exam questions, and we never ask for or accept real exam content. Please do not share questions from the actual NPPE with us or anyone else.

PassNPPE helps you prepare. Your result on the NPPE depends on you, and no study resource can promise a pass. Our content is study material, not legal, financial or professional advice. Exam rules, dates, fees and laws change, so always confirm official details with the NPPE program and your regulator.

• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• An account is for one person. Sharing an account or its content is not allowed.
• You must be at least 16 to create an account, and the age of majority in your province to buy Pro.
• You can close your account at any time in Settings.

• The Free plan is free and has no time limit. What it includes is listed on the pricing page and may change.
• Pro is one payment for six months of access, starting when your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another period.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, which are shown before you pay.
• Sale prices apply only during the sale shown. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects access you have already paid for.
• Before you pay, the checkout shows the seller’s legal name and contact details, the total price including taxes, and these terms.

If Pro is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you have answered fewer than 100 practice questions and have not completed a full 110 question exam simulator in that time.

• Email hi@passnppe.ca from your account email within 7 days of purchase.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approving your request.
• Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund you are entitled to by law.

All study content on PassNPPE, including questions, explanations, the study guide, flashcards and the glossary, belongs to PassNPPE or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non commercial study. You may not:

• copy, download, record, reproduce, publish, sell or share the content, in whole or in part;
• share your account or let others use it;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or collect the content;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Your notes and highlights stay yours. You let us store and display them to you so the service can work.

We keep improving PassNPPE and may add, change or remove content and features, for example when the law or the official blueprint changes. If we ever end the Pro service while your access is still running, we will refund the unused part of your access period.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing content or the account. Where a breach is serious, access ends without a refund. Otherwise, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it.

We work hard to keep the content accurate and the service available, but we provide it as is and cannot promise that it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your province, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in Canada, you keep any protection your own province's law gives you.

We will post any change on this page with a new date and, for a material change, tell you by email before it takes effect. Changes never reduce access you have already paid for. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
